How to improve hardness: the guide to sucess
The Hardness Factor is opening up the door for men who wish
to improve their sexual health and general fitness.
The Six Week Program presented by Dr. Steven Lamm guarantees harder erections
if certain lifestyle changes are carried out by those men who wish to improve
their sexual performance and/or prevent future impotence problems.
How can you keep a weekly track of your improved hardness?
Dr. Lamm used the diagnostic medical device, the diR-H501, to measure the increase in hardness of his patients. If you follow his "Hardness Program" you can now keep a persoal record of your hardness progress with the personal home version of the DIR Rigidometer, the diR-4U®! This unique device , specially conceived for The Hardness Factor readers, allows easy self-testing of your erectile quality in the comfort of your own home . Witness how your erections become stronger through Dr. Steven Lamm’s Six Week Program and use the diR-4U® to measure the actual increase in grams of axial rigidity.
How does it work?
The diR-4U® is user-friendly, fast and reliable. The mechanism is based on a pressure sensor. All you have to do is press the diR-4U® sensor against the tip of the penis (the glans) as if you wanted to push the penis backwards, into the pelvic bone. Measuring must be carried out at the point which you consider your maximum erection since you are assessing your erectile quality. The sensor will register an axial rigidity value that will be indicative of your degree of hardness:
- Results are measured in grams on a scale from 200g to over 2000g.
- Results below 500g indicate insufficient hardness for vaginal penetration.
Is it reliable?
Absolutely. The diR-4U® is a simplified version of the Rigidometer diR-H501 used by Dr. Steven Lamm and many other specialists to assess erectile quality. The DIR Rigidometer is used in medical centers as a diagnostic device is FDA listed and CE approved since 1998 and 2000. The diR-4U® has simpler operating instructions to make it accessible to the general male population who want to find out how hard they are. Anyone can learn how to measure penile hardness: a useful marker of overall health.
Why should I measure hardness?
As pointed out by Dr. Steven Lamm, penile hardness is in fact a barometer for
overall health. At the end of the day, an erection is simply the result of sufficient
blood inflow through to the penis which then expands in girth and length due to the
increase in internal pressue. The penile arteries that deliver blood to the penis
are very small and delicate, conditions such as high cholesterol or hypertension will
rapidly have an effect on their capacity to deliver blood to the penis resulting in
disminishing levels of erectile quality. Declining hardness levels can be indicative
of underlying health issues such as diabetes, hypertension, stress, etc. If men who
are concerned with sugar levels or hypertension have suitable home devices to monitor
such parameters... why shouldn’t you monitor your hardness level? Penile hardness
has been scientifically linked to general health and wellbeing, therefore it makes
sense to monitor this function.
